I will be in Romford all week. I was toying with the idea of popping up to London on Thursday, but with the uncertainty of yet another tube strike, I think I will be staying at home.
So that is Monday through to Saturday in Romford, or maybe a local outcall or 2 within 1 hours travel

Those are the best 3 words to describe me over the past few days! After a lovely few days in Glasgow, I took the rest of the week off to catch up on all the routine and mundane things in life.
I had to get some bits and bobs for the flat, plan a party, plan an anniversary meal for my parents, it just did not stop!
The anniversary surprise for a member of my family went really well on Saturday. We all went to a local Chinese restaurant that I have used for years quite local to me. Sunday went well, and was not as stressful as I thought it would be. I agreed to help my friend with her daughters birthday party, and I was doing the cooking. I have to say if I never ever see another chicken nugget it won’t be too soon!
Then off to the gym for a nice relaxing swim this evening, or so I thought! After arriving at my local sports centre I found they were closing early due to these Euro Elections. I arrived a full hour earlier than they stated they were closing, but was refused entry on the grounds ” they were trying to get everyone out! ” Well after a debate, and the Duty Manager having the listening skills of a Moniter Lizard, I was actually pushed through a door and had it slammed in my face! Clearly the manager has been reading the Gordan Brittas guide to Leisure Centre Management!
So all in all a very busy few days. Now just sitting down and chilling for another busy week ahead

In Glasgow, as usual! Weather and the people were fab. It was lovely chilling in-between appointments sitting in St Georges Square, having a drink and reading my book, people watching, it was lovely!
I flew back home last night as opposed to today, I managed to catch the last flight home to Stanstead. I know I was going to stay until lunchtime, but I have a really busy end to the week. So apologies if anyone wanted to see me this morning, but I will be back at the end of the month with Helen Taylor for a couple of days :-).
