And I do not mean the usual turning out of the clubs and pubs in my hometown of Romford! As some of you may know I have a love of ice hockey, British and and NHL. I am not a lover of sport at all, but there is something that appeals to me about hockey.
I am not sure if it is the grace that the guys show on ice, some of them are very big blokes! Or the speed and velocity of the sport. Or maybe it is something like the clip above that gets the adrenalin pumping as a fan.
It is another 3 months or so for the season to start again in the UK, and I am getting mild withdrawal symptoms from my Saturday and Sunday night trips to watch some games around the South East.
I have a lovely client who is a fanatical Calgary Flames fan. Me myself, I like Pittsburgh. Sidney Crosbie could poke me with his stick any day, and he would get such a hard pucking off of me!
