Well that is what I though until my Blackberry packed up yesterday. I took it to my service providers shop in Romford, and the conclusion as, It’s Fcuked!!
So when I got home, I called them up, explained the position and asked them what could be done, as it has insurance and warranty on it etc. Their response was unreal. In 9 days time, they were due to give me a free upgrade, but they wanted to send a courier to pick the knackered Blackberry up, give me a loan phone, return it repaired within 7 days, then send me a brand new one, 2 days later! So when I challenged how silly this was, I was given a take it or leave option, so I voted with me feet!
So with all that said, over the next week or so, my old number will be phased out, but my new number, 07810 804940 will run along side it until I change over all of my website details.
